At Clothing INC, we value your satisfaction and are committed to providing a fair and efficient resolution process for any issues that may arise with your purchase. Below you’ll find detailed information on how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.


1. Time Limit for Claims

If you experience any issue with your order, please contact our support team at [email protected] within 10 days of receiving the item. Requests submitted beyond this period may not be accepted.


2. Accepted Reasons for Returns or Exchanges

Since all our products are made-to-order and personalized, we only accept return or exchange requests for specific, valid reasons:

  • The product received is not as described (incorrect placement, distorted or low-quality print)

  • The item was damaged during production or delivery

  • The wrong item was sent (incorrect size, design, or missing product)

  • The package was lost in transit, confirmed by the shipping provider

  • Errors occurred due to manufacturing or system mishaps on our end

Each valid claim may result in a free replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference.


3. Steps to Request a Return or Exchange

To file a return or exchange request, send an email to [email protected] and include:

  • The order number

  • Photos or video showing the issue and shipping label clearly

➤ Images should show the product lying flat, with visible defects or errors
➤ If the print size or location is in question, please use a ruler or measuring tape for scale

Once our team reviews and verifies the issue, we will proceed with a replacement at no additional cost. In most cases, you won’t need to return the faulty item.


4. Return Shipping Instructions (If Requested)

If a return is necessary, we will guide you on how to return the item by mail.

Please Note:

  • Customers must cover return shipping fees

  • The product must be in its original condition – unused, unwashed, with tags, and in original packaging

  • Shipping and service charges are non-refundable

  • Unauthorized returns will be declined and items may be forfeited

5. Refunds

5.1 When Are Refunds Issued?

You may be entitled to a full refund under these circumstances:

  • Your order was canceled before production, following our Cancellation Policy

  • Your item didn’t arrive within 30 business days

  • You received a faulty product (blurry print, manufacturing flaws)

  • The wrong size, color, or item was delivered

  • The product arrived damaged due to our system or logistics error

  • The parcel was lost during delivery and confirmed by the carrier

To claim a refund, please email [email protected] with your order number and required visual proof.

5.2 Refund Processing Timeline

  • After we verify the issue, refunds are typically processed within 7 business days

  • Refunds are issued back to the original method of payment

  • Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days to reflect in your account

If you experience a delay, please check with your bank or payment provider.


6. Ineligible Returns & Refunds

Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds or accept returns for the following:

  • You changed your mind after the item was produced as requested

  • You provided incorrect information during ordering (size, address, design)

  • The product has been used, worn, washed, or lacks original tags/packaging

  • The return was not approved in advance by Clothing INC

  • The item was bought with a discount code or promotional offer

  • Delivery issues reported over 60 business days from the order date
